SUBDIVISION

We are subdivision specialists.  Our extensive experience includes boundary relocations, and the creation of additional sites, from two lot infills to multi-lot developments. Being fully qualified surveyors and planners allows us to work with you throughout the entire subdivision process, from determining the subdivision layout that best meets your requirements and obtaining resource consent, through to gaining new titles.

LAND USE CONSENTS

We can assist with any Land Use Consents you require. Our experience includes gaining resource consent for a wide range of activities, including childcare centres, function centres, motel developments, industrial and commercial land uses, and multi-unit residential developments.

LOCATING PROPERTY BOUNDARIES 

Need to find your legal boundaries? Only a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor is qualified to redefine property boundaries.  We can undertake this work for you.

RENTABLE AREA SURVEYS

We can accurately determine the area of rentable areas for lease purposes and provide certification and a plan of the area.

TOPOGRAPHICAL SURVEYS

We can undertake topographical surveys to meet your requirements.  Our modern equipment, experience and expertise will ensure the accuracy of the data and the efficient completion of work.

BUILIDNG SET OUT

We are experienced in building set outs from houses to large commercial buildings. We can ensure building position in relation to boundaries is correct and are qualified to provide certification to Council.
